Returns and withdrawal policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

2. Return conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Be in their original packaging

3. Return costs

  • Return costs will be borne by the customer

  • The original shipping costs will not be refunded either (unless stated otherwise)

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Specially ordered products

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift vouchers and credit vouchers

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
